Q:   What type of vehicles do you have?
A:   At Drivewest we carry a full range of cars, from small to large, hatchbacks, sedans, wagons, mini buses, 4WDs, utes, vans and trucks . They are from leading manufacturers such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hyundai and Nissan.
 
Q:   Are the vehicles new?
A:   Yes, we offer the latest models, all with air conditioning and power steering.
 
Q:   Are your rates competitive?
A:   Yes, if you are comparing the same products and conditions. PLEASE TRY US, we guarantee to please all our renters
 
Q:   Can I hire a vehicle if I don't own a credit card?
A:   Yes, we offer Cash Bond Rentals with 3 valid forms of identification, to all rentals based from depot to depot.
 
Q:   When I rent a vehicle, what time is it due back?
A:   A rental day is based on a 24 hr period. For example, 9am Monday to 9am Tuesday is a 1 day rental. From 9am Monday to 9am Thursday is a 3 day rental, and so on. Truck rentals are on a morning to morning basis only.
 
Q:   Do I have to collect my rental vehicle or do you deliver?
A:   We are centrally located in the Perth Metropolitan area for you to collect your vehicle. We do also offer free delivery to airports, hotels and all metropolitan areas for your convenience. Conditions Apply.
 
Q:   Do you offer any specials?
A:   Yes, at Drivewest we never treat you like another number. We offer you special rates and services to meet every customer's individual needs. We also offer "monthly special deals". See our specials page on this website.
 
Q:   How can I contact you?
A:   Simply click onto our contact/ enquiries page on this site. You can then send your enquiry via email. Or you may choose to telephone or fax us at our Drivewest office. Contact numbers are provided on our website.
 
Q:   How can I make a booking?
A:   Simply click onto our reservation page on this site, entering your booking details and submit your form. One of our reservation officers will contact you to confirm your booking and answer any further queries you may have.
 
Q:   Are my details kept confidential?
A:   When you visit our website and if you choose to provide us with personal information, for example, details required for renting a vehicle. We can assure you that this information is kept confidential and never provided to any third party.
 
Q:   Do you offer roadside assistance?
A:   Yes, all our vehicles are covered with 24 hour roadside assistance. Should any problems occur with your rental vehicle, you can contact roadside assist by simply making a telephone call.
 
Q:   What if I cancel my reservation?
A:   Drivewest require a $100.00 deposit when reserving a vehicle. This is non-refunandable on confirmed reservations.
